My sister has just started her own business in the local mall. She makes girls clothes, bows, and fashion accessories. She did really well online and decided a store in the mall would be ideal. Within the first month however, she wasn’t getting much business. “What am I doing wrong?” she asked me. She posted online and around town that her store would be opening. I said maybe its because no one knows you are actually here. You have no signs on your store or windows, or outiside. Get some electronic message centers and some signs made so people can stop and say “lets go inside and check it out.” She aggreed and went online to find a great website that makes signs. A couple of months later they were ready and to be installed. She has noticed a positive change and an increase in sales and she hopes it is all because of the signs. I said “I know it is.”

Stress Toys for My Employees

This past year has been very tough for everyone who works in my company. We have had to make the tough decisions of temporary layoffs to get us through a rough patch. We have since been able to land three large accounts that made it possible for us to bring back every employee that we had laid off. It is looking very good for our company. The only down side is that the employees are now stressed out because of the heavy workload and the deadlines that come with them. I called for an employee meeting and I gave each of my workers Stress Toys and I told them how much I appreciate all of their patients and hard work. I told them that we have the option to hire a couple more people to pick up some of the work or that they could keep working at this level. They chose the more stressful option so hopefully the toys that I gave all of them help.
