My husband loves to exercise and is always trying to get me to exercise with him. The thing is I just do not enjoy exercising, but know that it is good for me. There are so many other activities that I would like to do and exercise just seems like it is a big chore. I try to exercise with my husband so that we can spend time together and so that he feels like I do things with him. I also realize that there are many health benefits to exercising and this is important to me as well. The other day we did the insanity workout. It was pretty insane and I felt really sore afterward. It also felt good to work my muscles so much. My husband keeps trying to get me to do the routine with him again. I think I might do it just too make him happy.

My brother is the type of person who loves to stay fit. He would regularly go to the gym and really I can see that his efforts are paying off.
